Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order has entered the fulfillment/shipping process (whichever comes first).
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order:

CANCELLATION REQUEST - Order #[Your Order Number]. - Or call our support line at +1 (971) 361-4811 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been processed or dispatched by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. In this case, please accept the package and contact us to initiate a standard return under our Refund & Return Policy.
Cancellation Refunds
Upon approved cancellation before shipment, a full 100% refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method. Funds typically post to your bank within 3–5 business days.
