At Gardiko, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at contact@gardiko.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original box and ship it back to our facility.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged item, defective product, or wrong item sent), Gardiko covers all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse / Discretionary Returns: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 – 7 business days.
