At Gardiko, we stand behind the durability and performance of our outdoor power equipment and garden tools. All products purchased directly from gardiko.store come with our standard limited warranty to protect against manufacturing and material defects.

1. Warranty Coverage Period

We provide a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty starting from the original delivery date on all outdoor equipment (including lawn mowers, pressure washers, hedge trimmers, and vacuums).

2. What Is Covered

Defects in materials or structural manufacturing flaws under normal residential use.
Internal mechanical or electrical component failures occurring during standard operating conditions.
Missing components or damage present upon initial arrival (reported within 7 days of delivery).

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (such as blades, filters, belts, hoses, and nozzles).
Accidental damage, dropping, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Improper fuel, incorrect voltage, or failure to follow the operation and maintenance instructions in the manual.
Commercial, professional, or rental usage (equipment is rated for residential use).
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly performed by third parties.
External environmental factors such as severe weather, floods, or improper outdoor storage.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at contact@gardiko.store with the subject line: WARRANTY CLAIM - Order #[Your Order Number].
Provide a brief description of the issue along with clear photos or a short video demonstrating the problem.
Attach your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Our technical support team will evaluate your claim within 1 to 2 business days. If covered, Gardiko will, at its discretion, repair the defective item, supply necessary replacement parts, or replace the unit entirely at no cost to you.
